The Marvel bubble has definitely burst, so Hasbro has to adjust for that. But because they've been so late to market (Marvel's fault), they haven't been able to really rollout an MCU product launch correctly since I think GOTGv3.
Their total product for FF was good and offered variety - except most made it to shelves months late while the MLs never hit clearance because Hasbro either didn't make enough or made the exact right amount (either way, not really available for the casual customer). Tbolts only got two expensive products that hit four months late and both featured heavy re-use of an existing figure - of course they're going to hit clearance.
The A-List figures sell through. If they didn't, we wouldn't be on cycle three. Cap is almost gone from my stores but still awaiting space for Amazing.
I just want my MCU figures back!!

Clearly more conservative. But - BNW had expensive fake "Deluxe" releases that didn't even offer unmasked heads for the characters or, in the case of Hulk, feature a correct likeness at all. See my Tbolts comment above and also note: they didn't make close to the full team, so that means some people stay away completely. With that being said I can't help but wonder if Hasbro has become far more conservative with what they're willing to do for live action. We all know about the deep clearance for things like Eternals, Multiverse of Madness and the Disney+ wave figures - but even when they seemingly dialed back for things like Brave New World and Thunderbolts those figures didn't perform much better at retail and could be found discounted more than 50% relatively easily not long after release. The A-list re-releases of Spider-Man, Iron Man and Cap don't seem to have sold well either.

Add in Ironheart and a pattern seems to appear, but Agatha also got skipped. We can argue show quality and that's definitely valid in relation to all of these projects. However, choosing to not ever even offer any type of live action figure for titular characters in their own televised series like Echo and Werewolf by Night (and at least so far Wonder Man) probably already really tells me all that I need to now.
