Dang, @Trunks3540. Did you, like, leave a Gypsy girl at the altar or something?
Now that you mention it, my ex fiance did joke around about voodooing (I know that's not a word) me into falling for her. And that relationship didn't end well. Maybe shes just now getting around to lighting my doll on fire or whatever.

Also, I did email BBTS about this one. Won't get a reply back until tomorrow. So we'll see if they have any reserves for this sort of thing. If not I can buy a loose one missing some pieces for the low low price of $32. And she just goes up from there.

@Trunks3540 insert a thin-but-sturdy probe into either end/edge of the ruby quartz piece and simply flick it outwards.
Use something like a watch/jewlers screwdriver or sculpting tool. If you don't have anything like that, you can easily fabricate one by hammering flat the end of a nail or heavy duty paperclip and slightly curving it.
Here is one I made, and use all the time...

I'm not even gonna post a big ass paragraph about this. I'm just over it at this point. Same box as the last fuckin 3 things that broke. And this is after it being in my fuckin house for like a week.

So, is it me? After not having much break in the last year? Or more? This is number 4. Something out of that box that straight up just broke, and this time right out of package.

*edit* Does Scott's red visor piece come out of the non screaming head?
Aw damn I'm sorry to see this, but no it's not just you, I noticed the same weak point and stopped bending the leg the moment i began to se a stress mark and feel it was on the cusp of shearing, I posted about it somewhere previously, seems they resculpted the thigh and shin but reused the knee of the old figure so it's too old and weak under the mechanical stress. Most people probably never pose her in much but a neutral pose because of the skirt restricting hip movement, but I think this is critical flaw in the figure, definitely not you. I think long term these Jeans will need a transplant knee from another figure, perhaps White Rabbit.

I did neglect to heat this knee up before I tried it, but because its been in my house for like a week, fairly close to my heater vent, and it didn't feel cold in the slightest. I heated up all of Scott's joints, and the rest of Jeans joints before popping them just to be safe. Also did it with the other ML figure I opened alongside them, Secret Wars Wolverine. Every single joint down the wrists got a little bit of heat treatment after Jean. Which also sucks cause she was the one I was looking forward to most of those 3.

They're using $#!ttier plastic, let's just be honest with ourselves. You've got a supposed "Maximum" / Premium figure going for $60 that has to have its shoulder's swapped with a $20 Black Panther figure because the bicep peg routinely rips. So after $80 and playing MacGuver you've got your supposed "premium" Deadpool. And for $40 boys and girls you can get yourself a Battle Damaged Spiderman with break away hip pegs, an immobile neck, and a Magic Card. Will the benevolence never cease?!?
