@TheSameIdiot

Hasn't that already occurred?
Sort've. We still operate like Supreme Court rulings actually mean something. They 'gave' Trump essentially the power of a King and we all just SAID 'well, he's a king now' instead of, you know, hanging the Supreme Court outside their very office of power for the world to see what we do with corrupt traitors.

Also let's not forget Thomas coming out and saying nothing is settled law and basically precedents don't matter anymore. The idea that this Supreme Court will rule against Trump in more than 25% of the cases brought before them is wishful thinking. The conservative justices are basically running the Heritage Foundation's plan and nowhere is there going to be some cosplay of the Supreme Court being impartial.

They will rule against Trump et al on small stuff, but the big stuff will just be rubber stamped.

Ruling against Trump on anything, or speaking out against anything he does, is just for effect. It's part of the show. It's so people can say "SEE, they're being totally fair!"
