Star Wars Black Series

"Fantasy Scene" - yeah, because they removed the tag as big as his head! :)

Figure looks like a lot of fun to pose. Good thing I never sold off any of the Starkiller alt heads from the last pack. :)

I've actually never seen the single-packed Ronin in person and I haven't gotten the Bespin Luke/Vader yet to try out the soft goods with wires but this one... this one looks great.
 
Yep, that Starkiller figure looks real dope still. I didn't pick up the previous ones because I never played those games, but the look of this one and his flagrant non-canon nature make him an easy grab as some random evil Sith dude I can put on my shelf for Katarn to fight when he comes in.
 
I'm almost glad that he's a fan channel exclusive, so we can't have them pulled from shelves when some kid inevitably pokes themselves in the eye with Starkiller's manicure.
 
I opened the Star Wars figures I got in finally. Boba, Jango and Asajj.

Jangos belt and one of the wires on his right arm snapped off. I glued the belt on well enough but the wire will just break again if I try. Otherwise I like the figure. Its a nice update. But I'm not sold on the leg armor all being the pearly plastic while the other armor bits are painted. May have to fix that sometime. But again, too cold to paint (I believe anyway).

Boba is pretty good, but I compared him to the Throne Room version and hes smaller. Jet packs smaller too. Guns are the same. I like how hes an all new figure but why did they shrink him, just a tiny bit? Oh, and the toe joints, while cool, are also unnecessary. Also may have to do some paint work on him when it warms up too.

Asajj is the best of the bunch, and that's saying alot because I really like these new Fetts, even with their flaws. Shes a really well done figure. I don't think there's anything on her I dislike honestly. Nitpicks for no double joints but I have given up on that since the SW team is going all singles.

Yeah, those wires are a bit of a pain. Only one has snapped off so far- also on Jango. I don't have them near me to test, but I wanna say Boba's might be ever so slightly longer, which may help in terms of range. I'd have sacrificed accuracy if it meant they could either be longer for better movement, or just sculpted as part of the arm somehow and maybe broken up at the joint. It's a small nit, but definitely one of those cases of screen accuracy impeding movement a bit. Still, they're both really great figures, and it's a great wave altogether. Didn't pick up Vader, since I have the original version, but he looks pretty good too.

After I used my credit the total for my Enfys came to $2. I'm pretty happy with that.

I'm really tempted by this one, but I know the moment I get it they'll release one of the two costumes I want more. I really would like either her totally black/white look from Genndy's Clone Wars or her Bad Batch look.

Have we gotten any figures from the Genndy CW? I wouldn't count on it really, but I'd like that one too. I'd be pretty sure her Bad Batch look will happen.
