Muppets (including The Muppet Show, Sesame Street, Fraggle Rock)

Finally got a cancellation email on all of my DST figures from BBTS. At least they are no longer lingering in my preorders.
Same. Still haven't gotten the cancellation email from entertainment earth for my pepe deadly set. Though I expect I will soon. I still think it's a huge shame how things turned out. I really hope that another company picks up the licence for muppets action figures wether it be neca or someone else. I'm trying to stay positive about that but I can't help but think about the long gap between Palisades closure and DST picking up the baton and worry

I was really hoping, at least, Sweetums would make it out. I guess I no longer need to wonder if any of them are coming. Although, there's still a chance NECA resolicits them, right!?!? It's healthy to never let this go, right?

I'd say it's the opposite. It's like hoping a loved one in hospice care in a coma, on life support is going to suddenly wake up and jump out of the bed. Just let it rest now, it held on as long as it could.

Reminds me of that movie The Boy Who Could Fly when one of the kids is having a breakdown in a thunderstorm, and he's digging up the dead GI Joes he had been burying in the yard all movie to cope with his dad's death, and his sister is begging him to let it go, and he's digging in the rain screaming about how the dad is alive.

I'll be honest it is weird how there's already a pop culture example of a action figure based mental breakdown over grief.
