Love that the spinner rack is a conversation starter. I bought it to celebrate paying off my student loans and then had it in storage at my parents’ for almost the last ten years. It was the first thing I brought over. This is my view all day while on I’m work calls.
Also, in regards to how weird it can be to explain the hobby to others: I have a four-year-old daughter who loves going in my room and looking and touching everything. She said to me a couple weeks ago something about what her little friends’ “daddies had in their daddy rooms with action figures.” It’s funny that it’s her norm, but I tried to explain that “other daddies have different hobbies like sports or cars and probably don’t have rooms like mine.”
