I'll go with characters who very visually represent a country or culture, so that it would really pop in the box to sell the theme. Obviously some of these won't be happening anytime soon, if ever, but this is a wishlist so...

Love the idea of his. I’d love Marvel Legends to incorporate an annual international wave to feature so many of their global characters. For a wave, my suggestion would be:

Toltec. (Mexico)

I'll admit that I pay almost zero attention to a character's country of origin. I mean, I know the obvious ones - but otherwise don't really care.

Britain (first costume-England), Sabra (Israel), Talisman (Australia), Collective Man (China), Le Peregrine (France), Arabian Knight (Saudi Arabia), Blitzkrieg (er) (Germany), Shamrock (Ireland), Defensor (Argentina), Vanguard (Russia). Maybe throw a new Wolverine (Canada) or Sunfire (Japan) in. MTO because it's slightly bigger than a typical boxset.

I respect the level of deep-cut comics referencing you used to squeeze Lilith in here.

... sans BAF, this is also a damned good Marvel horror wave (Diablo's an alchemist, so close enough).
