I kind of feel like I'm cheating because very few of my votes are for what I'd consider "Western" characters, but they made the list so I went with Diamondback, Nekra, Mandrill and Adversary.

Need to fill in some of the more important Serpent Society.
Volcana is the last essential original Secret Wars character left.
Mandril would pop on the shelf.
Living Totem is a pipe dream but would be so much fun to have. Maybe whoever is the Crystar guy might like goofy western characters? One can always hope.

Would pick up any of these. Chose Diamondback, Nekra, Mandrill and Dominus. Dominus totally falls under strategic voting. He looks almost identical to X-Men enemy Lucifer, both are Quist aliens. Knowing Hasbro, they would put the beard on Dominus and rerelease him as Lucifer, who I actually really do want.
