Last night, I was about to do my freelance work (tight deadlines rn), then my PC monitor just entirely died on me. Ma's new boyfriend just happened to have two spare monitors that are direct upgrades to mine, always wanted a dual monitor setup. Just got them, they're beautiful.

It's also my birthday today so I made a trip to my local toy store, I got a prepaid card from my dad so I gotta spend it. Find a few sofubis and having a hard time choosing between two, made a comment about it being my birthday and all that and the store owner just gives it to me for free. Apparently they do $15 off for birthdays. Who knew!

In case anyone's curious, 2nd Chance Toys in Marietta, GA. I've been there only a few times, but have had a great time every time.

I try to get out to Second Chance a couple times a year. Great store.

Also, the haul for the curious (idk if we have a thread for this). This counts for the full holidays, but I also got everything I asked for and then some surprises of my favorite things ever, so I'm perfectly happy.

Having Vampirella makes me want to collect fodder and start on heads for customs of Pendragon, Dracula, and the Helsings though... goodness gracious
