Catch all thread for the various TMNT lines by Super 7. I saw on Instagram that someone had the 2003 turtles in hand so it shouldn't be long now before they ship.

I canceled my preorder for them but may still pick them up but would only grab the four Turtles themselves. I like having a representation of all the different iterations of the Turtles. Evolution of the Turtle if you will.
 
They look pretty good, but for some reason I'm not even tempted right now. Will keep an eye on prices though. If I get any, it'll just be the boys.
 
They turned out as well as their renders, so I'll give them that. I still wish they leaned more towards the promotional art for the show which had them a little taller and leaner, but these do look a lot like the characters as they appeared in the show. Hopefully the QC is there.

Those look really good. I'm surprised how much I like the look of them. To me, the look of the original cartoon and original Playmates toys are the definitive looks since that's what I grew up with. And toys based on those looks and eras is pretty much all I buy.

But I may actually pick these up. I like the size of them, and I really like how colorful they are.
 
The only 2003 representation I have on my shelves are the Playmates vintage re-releases and I wouldn't mind replacing them with these for sure. They have such a good visual flow for me and are such a good representation of the cartoon. I just don't want to be tempted to get more than just the turtles and if I know me (and I think I do), I will want to do just that.

Everything you just said there, is exactly me too. From the 2003 Playmates retro rereleases being my only representation of the 2003 Turtles in my TMNT display, to knowing if I buy the 4 Turtles from Super7 I will be tempted to buy more characters from the 2003 era.

it was almost scary to read knowing I didn't post it. Because it was definitely everything I was thinking.
 
In stock at EE for $60 apiece. BBTS is 54.99 but not in stock yet.
 
Not a surprise they're in stock at EE already. If I preorder something directly from Super7, EE or BBTS always gets it first. Super7 isn't planning on shipping them for over a week as they just sent out the "Check your address" email yesterday giving people until the 9th to change it.
 
I almost ordered them on EE with a 10% promo, but then I went to see Thunderbolts and now Raph is sold out. But I think that's for the best. For now.

Are they still doing promos? Preternia was saying yesterday was the last day they were going to work and that EE was discontinuing the program for now.

Preternia is where I got it, he mentioned his didn't work anymore but that there was EARTH10 as a separate promo. It worked when I had them in my cart and didn't pull the trigger. Now I'm wondering if maybe I should have, cuz if everyone else is getting them later, are they gonna have tariff surcharges that are worse?
