Storm Collectibles

Yeah, the heads look off, maybe it's just a tiny bit too small? Not sure. Looks way better than Jada's for my tastes.

And yeah, these are 1/12, much more in line with Jada's scale, and lower in price point.

I think I can smell what's up next for pre-orders from Arena, though. And if I'm wrong, Storm better expect a strongly worded letter.

I feel like in the action shots she looks good but just standing there looks a little pin headed.

It’s nice looking though, might grab this one. Been trying not to double dip on identical looks/characrers

I'm pretty happy with Jada but I've always associated Storm with closer to 1/10 scale, high-end figures - are these more like standard collectibles at the lower price point? I could take a flyer on a 30 dollar Chun-Li as a test run.
Yes, and the Arena line was almost universally considered the best toy line of 2025.

Athleisure Chun-Li is going to be my first Street Fighter figure since SOTA. I'm not a Street Fighter guy, but Chun-Li is iconic enough to where I can excuse it. Plus, I've played Marvel vs. Capcom. That counts, right?

These are on par quality and execution wise (pros and cons) with the 1/10 as far as my experience is. You just get less hands and heads.

I enjoy Ryu and Ken more. And the posing is like butter.

It's not the scale, her portrait just looks dead and doesn't match the character select portrait or art books on the same level as Ryu, Ken, and Sagat. Coming from Storm's Blue Mary, Mai, and Chun Li (all V editions) it sticks out to me. Might look better in hand, as a finished product, lighting, etc.

Oh god the side by side makes it feel so much more wrong in general. Shaping for the vest pattern, the collar being really loose, overly rounded shoulders, thick neck and waist (which is also overly defined for Alpha), tiny head, buns too far forward, lean face, arm band is way too short, wrong eye shapes...

The bracers and vest pattern bother me. The head is a whiff. I don't mind the rest.

I just hope she articulates as well as the guys.

Yeah, definitely not perfect. I was comparing to the pjada prototype and I feel like it’s off in different ways.

Both of them the vest is the biggest problem imo

This is my AudHD burden. I'm sorry to bring my tablets down from the mountain to you.

And again, it really leaps out because Ryu and Ken and Sagat look pulled from the art books.

No reason to apologize here, you've seen my postings about Vega and Casey figures. You should see me and my sister's DMs. Any time one of our favorite characters reappears we have essays worth of stuff like this for days straight.

I'm happy that I'm not super particular with art style for Darkstalkers. I'd probably die if I wanted specifically a Bengus Lilith, though that figure does look more Bengus in style than this Chun-Li.
