Spider-Man Retro 2026 Wave with Cardiac, Owl & Hypno Hustler

Those plastic cocktail swords from the 80s spring to mind.
I had the EXACT same thought! I saved so many of those things when I was a kid to give to figures! My mom was convinced I'd poke my eye out with them (insert Christmas Story joke here), so she'd always throw them away, but I'd just grab another couple the next time we went to a restaurant that had them!

I used to collect them from my parents who would bring them back from restaurants they'd go to. My Kenner Robin Hood line and others profited from them.

Of course this was the mid 80s when Sizzler was considered a reasonably nice "sit down restaurant." And Chuck E. Cheese wasn't an open biohazard pit.

Those cocktail swords break easy. But I too kept them for figures and used them till they snapped. I don't know too many young kids with figures who wouldn't.

And transparent weapons when 3d printed are very fragile. Feels like it'll break too, unless you're careful. Maybe someone will make a print of one though and we can use it for display purposes. Although just a glowing white could work too according to the art, something akin the Kylo Rens 1st lightsaber from TFA, the one with the removable blade.

I picked up Hypno-Hustler and Owl yesterday at Wal-Mart. Hypno Hustler is such a fun, colorful figure. Whereas Owl is almost a bland, average seeming figure. They couldn't feel more opposite but they both absolutely work for what they are supposed to be, and I like both figures a lot.

I think that's all I need from this waving having got Cardiac already. And now I'm ready for Grizzly to go up for order.

Hey, that recent Retro Card Mysterio that came out, that is based on the Animated Series. Was that a Wal-Mart exclusive in the US?

Yes, latest retro Mysterio is Walmart exclusive.

Idk what to do with the Owl that comes w/Owl... you can't mount it on his arm or shoulder... not without some poster tack!

seems like a waste. But I agree Hypno Hustler is fun!

Court of Owls if you collect McFarlane Batman, otherwise you're well on your way to collecting Harry Potter stuff.
