Premium DNA Rocket Knight

I know there's a lot of raw wounds with this company.

Like the four horsemen discussion, I have opinions and these opinions really have nothing to do with history or personality, but everything to do with product.

On an objective action figure level. For as minimal as the paint is on that head, those eyes are disgusting and dated. What the hell. It's like sub Super 7 work in a Hasbro face print tech world. I've moved on.

I also don't want soft goods. A really cool, sculpted and stylized figure with good articulation is all I need in a ninja. But they did go with soft goods and on that note the tailoring looks like a frumpy Halloween costume. This is not exclusive to them. Even Mezco f**** up like this sometimes. But the actual game Sprite if not game artwork shows him a little more of a superheroic chest. Not exactly a v-cut torso, but definitely some super heroic proportions going on that melt away into David Harbour in a gi. Maybe you can cinch in the belt or something out of the box.

I'm still waiting on Storm to finish my Streets of Rage (hahah they won't). I was mostly a Nintendo kid, but it wasn't for Nintendo properties. It was all the JRPGS. Sega definitely had the cooler, franchises and characters as far as I was concerned. But I'm in a space where I am cutting down and becoming very selective and as much as I have fond memories of this game, it misses for me.

You would never see me be this critical about Star Fox or something because I don't care. But this. This could be a.nostalgic want if executed correctly.

Like Contra, I have my wants and hopes they will get there. But I don't want to invest in potential.

Same.
Believable or not; I actually can separate my opinion of a person/company from my opinion of a product. I've got a mad hate on for Andrew at Boss Fight - but I can admit Red Sonja looks great, and I refuse to buy it.

And yeah, I agree with your criticisms here. The 'frumpiness' of the softgoods is what makes me think this is some kind of mock up and not a finished product. But if it's a finished product, then it definitely is not up to par. I didn't even pay a lot of attention to the heads, but yeah, you're right about that too.
The kunai, also, look oversized.

I don't care for most soft goods either, but they do seem like the last thing that looks final when it comes to mocks. I don't recall this company having much history with soft goods though so one would think they'd try to make even a mock-up look as good as possible.
