NECA Last Ronin

BBTS has single-pack releases of them up now too. $41.99 each, tariffs included.
 
Sheesh. Unfortunately, Target's the only place I buy NECA anymore. I know it sucks for smaller retailers, but I can't be pumping out this kind of money on action figures when I'm already questioning staying in the hobby these days as much as I am.

I like they’re Ultimates and not a four pack! I always think that someday I’m gonna make my own bespoke set of custom Ninja Turtles where each one has a different body type so being able to just pick up one of these if I want to use it is really nice!

That price… that price…

They remind of the Rise of the TMNT Turts, but like a dark gritty take on them (so like the Netflix movie future versions) I like Rise of the TMNT, so anything that makes me think of the Mad Dogz is a plus in my book!
 
Damn, that is pricey. Especially with $60 for other Casey woth momi turtles still out there. I'm sure I'll cave if I see them in person, but for now I'm holding strong.
 
That's tempting. I love a character in snow gear but I'm spending so much money this weekend as it is.
 
There are masked looks for the new Turtles that aren't represented in these figures, so I assume we can expect second versions of all of them down the line.
 
Picked up the Ghost Bros set for around $70 thanks to stacking promos at Target. They are really fun to under light with a color changing LED.

Anyone seeing the Playmates Last Ronin figures at Target? So far only Mike as Last Ronin and Raph. They are $30, which seems outrageous for Playmates Turtles. I don’t plan to buy these unless the price drops in half.
 
I saw a box marked Last Ronin on a cart. I thought it might be the grown up turtle tots from the sequel and I'd get them all with the deals running at Target. Went back a few times waiting for them to stock them and... yeah. These.

I have, our Target got them in but they got shoved behind some Funko Pops on their backs so I never realized they were there until a couple days ago. I actually like the paint work on the Raph, it's a little "toony" which is a look I wouldn't mind seeing Playmates do more of.

But, yeah that cost is a big hell no. Not when I have the NECA figures.
