YOU seem like a decent guy.

But when my first exposure to him was his "boooo, who fucking cares!?!? show us these figures instead!!!" to people doing their jobs showing what they were supposed to in the order they were supposed to, that I guarantee other people were most excited for...that's crass, that's unprofessional, and that's disrespectful to both the panelists & the other fans/collectors.

And if he "wAs jUsT jOkInG," then that's empathyless sociopathic behavior that victim blames with hollow "apologies" just to save face.

And I didn't attack him. All I commented, on SOMEONE ELSE'S video lol, was "the first video I watched of his was him at a panel booing & swearing at the people running it for not showing what he wanted to see yet, and that rubbed me the wrong way." As I would assume any decent person would be by that behavior.

And then he responds not to that comment, but to go to MY channel, and belittle ME & MY videos? Especially when I'm autistic with arrested development & Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria, which I don't keep secret, especially not on my channel. So I'm not just some Neurotypical adult "who can take it." I'm mentally a child who gets their feelings hurt by literally everything. And he's laughing at me for having so few subscribers & views?

I DO want a Dark Turtle. But NECA shipping to Canada sucks. And also it's sold out already.



I don't know the individual we're talking about, so I don't know if he had some off-days and is usual an okay dude. But based on the heckling at a panel video, which I also saw, I think the guy is a cunt and he'd have to work pretty hard to convince me otherwise, regardless of who he may be friends with that I actually like.

That's fair. And to be fair, he and I started our channels at the same time, came up at the same time, and would chat about how they were going. He obviously went on to be bigger than me. This happens to be a pattern--Jordan the Stallion on TikTok actually commented on a few of my videos before he even had 1k followers, and if you know anything about him now...hoo, boy.

Regardless, Shiz and I just have a camaraderie due to us starting at the same time. I can see how what he does might make people feel.
 
Just in case folks didn’t see this, but NECA has the entire TMNT wave of Ben Cooper kids up on their website. Four turtles plus Shredder, Bebop, and Rocksteady ($140 plus shipping). I don’t think it needs its own thread and they’re clearly 87 inspired so here you go. I have some interest, but I’m not giving NECA another dime until they send me my 2012 figures.

I’m tempted on the Pee Wee and Alf costumes, but haven’t seen them in person yet. I want the Stripe Gremlin costume because I actually wore that costume in second grade. But I also don’t want to fall down the Ben Cooper rabbit hole.
 
I was falling down the Ben Cooper rabbit hole but came to my senses and clawed my way out. They just put them out too fast. Props to anyone who is all-in on these. At this point I'm just grabbing one every now and then. My most recent was Tarman and the next one I'm looking for is Garfield.
 
I’ve been very choosy with them as well. They don’t pose well so it’s all about the aesthetic. I grabbed Beetlejuice because there isn’t a ton of representation for the animated Beetlejuice. I also got Batman, but mostly because he reminds me of Hank Venture. The Jaws one looks really cool, but I don’t need it. I could see myself just getting one of these turtles and being content.

Ordered the minute it went up. Been loving the Ben Cooper line, but I was really excited to see these happen. Moreso, because they did the villains. That was unexpected.

Yeah this would be the only example of a time where I would ever just grab one turtle. Just a random kid dressed like his favorite turtle hanging out with other kids in their costumes.

I can't find it. I removed it from my own watch history, and I just went through all of his videos that are public on his channel, and I didn't recognize the thumbnail.

I think it was SDCC 2024, and a Hasbro panel (Transformers, maybe?). It's in the first few minutes of the video, as I turned it off immediately after his behavior.

If you meant the other channel's video where I "complained" about him, I can't find it in my comments history just because I leave so many, and I don't remember when this was lol... 🥺
