Mini Comic Wave 2

Who else were they saving the furry sculpted calves for besides Feral? Thorne and Hepzibah? I think Hepzibah wears pants sometimes, so they'll likely cheap out and go that route. I'm surprised Hasbro missed the boat on an obvious candidate for reuse.

She was in Cable's solo series when I was reading it. Basically a date that he and Domino went on that went wrong and they ended up in the sewer. I can't say I'd be lined up to get her, but I don't know too many others to use Wolfbane's hairy sculpted parts on. I think CopyCat is only "cat" in name.

Oh cool, I'll have to check that out. I was a fan with her hair down look.

Yeah, Copycat would just be a white skinned white haired woman. Surprised we haven't gotten her with all the Deadpool world building. She's a favourite.

She and Mimic teamed up at one point. Let's get that set.

See I remember Copycat more as light blue from the Deadpool era as well. I think the issue with Thorne was Cable 315 if I remember correctly.

I use What If? Nebula as my Vanessa. Hair is even platinum enough to not need paint, though I'd like to, if I can get a second Nebula to keep stock.

Not really a hot take, but after doing some photography with figures from this series - I think Black Widow is one of my favorites. Just such a huge improvement over the jacket version, who donated her fists to this release.

That cover is why this particular version of Nat is my favorite--if my memory isn't fooling me, that was the first single-issue comic I ever bought in a comic book shop. I'll always have a soft spot for that ish.

That makes me feel so old. I had just finished my freshman year of college and had been reading X-Men for nearly 14 years when that issue was published.
It's funny, cos it makes ME feel old that it's my first cover I truly remember buying - I was 12-ish at the time and didn't come from an environment where comics were a thing we had, so I only started discovering all these characters from cartoons and movies had infinite stories in PRINT too around that age. (Probably why I went into the line of work I did, too. "You can WRITE superhero stories?" Love at first page flip.)

But hey, 1990 was only 10 years ago, right? RIGHT? :)

Heh. "Old". I'd been reading X-Men for 26 years when that issue came out.

I've been a mutie lover for 61 years. And I wouldn't change a second of it.
