I like that John Stewart. I'll buy it to put the accessories on the inevitable much better version.
That would probably depend on what they're able to show at this point, with the transition from McFarlane to Mattel.
Also, Toy Fair is a trade show. It's primarily for retail buyers, not us. There's not much point in showing off stuff that retail's going to have to wait on.
Yeah, I'm glad to have it confirmed that we're getting accessories to that extent. The WWE line at that price point doesn't typically have them, but a superhero line without them doesn't really work. He's got more with him than I had expected.I like that John Stewart. I'll buy it to put the accessories on the inevitable much better version.
Correct. That would probably depend on what they're able to show at this point, with the transition from McFarlane to Mattel.
Oh wow! A Superman who actually looks like Superman, not Jay Leno but Superman. I can't wait to get an Ultraman who actually looks like Ultraman and has a compatible body as Superman. Oh even better a Powergirl which I believe 1,000% will be shorter than Superman.Don't they show things on the night before?
Oh yeah!

I think they look really good, but there's a lot of things holding them back from being the collector line. They're missing a lot more articulation than bicep swivels. The kiddie aspect and lack of bicep swivels hold them back from being the collector line
Honestly, I don't even think that's true for more than maybe a handful of people. Most of the people bitching and whining will be showing off their Mattel DC collections 2 years from now. The same way some (those same?) people bitched when McFarlane took over and then ended up buying tons of it.because Mattel is never going to satisfy some McFarlane fans
