Marvel Megos

It did for like 5 minutes. I think it went back up a few weeks later after its initial release.
 
I had totally forgotten about that. It’s surprising the Spidey set has hung out for months when the F4 set sold out immediately. I would’ve imagined a Spidey set to be significantly more in demand.

While I'd love another chance at the Fantastic Four set, I'd really love a chance at that Avengers set; much like Mego Spider-Man, I'd love to have a Mego Hulk. I used to read so much ToyFare back in the day that I'd bring it to school and read it with my friends; they weren't even toy collectors, but they sure did enjoy that magazine as much as I did!
 
I’m very happy to see this news as I had pretty much written off Mego at this point, but I really thought they would split those four up between two sets. I don’t think this bodes well for Falcon or future four packs. I think you’re treading heavily on nostalgia for the original releases, and Falcon with three non-original Megos doesn’t sound like a winning formula to me.
 
I wonder if they'd be willing to change up a few parts and paint. Maybe make a Grey Hulk, which would be an easy enough to cast in grey plastic, as well as a bearded Thor (new head). Maybe cut Iron Man, and make a new, exclusive (ala Electro) Bucky Cap Mego figure? Throw in Falcon, and you have a pretty interesting set, I think.
