A constant state of euphoria
Medicom posted the April releases overnight--Superboy and four variants of already-released figures three of which are Star Wars and the other is Michael Jordan with a white Bulls uniform that they wore for home games when he played.

The Luke and Han in stormtrooper gear are two, and a shiny chrome-colored Mandalorian is the other. I can't really tell what's different about this Mando from the last 1.5 update release yet; I'm not even sure I knew this one was coming until it dropped.

I hate how much I like the chrome Mando despite being completely happy with the 2.0, good job I won't be able to get hold of one anyway.

Looking at KD's comparison of the Han/Stormtrooper 2.0 to the other versions, I'm happy with my Figuarts, though I do appreciate that they made the Luke one shorter and gave him a different belt.

I hadn't noticed that Kaiju Daddy posted that review until after I posted this morning. I'm about halfway through it, but I couldn't tell that he was clear--is the chrome detailing on that new Mando just a paint color, or is it actually some kind of metallic material or coating over plastic?

Luke's shorter size looks really interesting. It looks exactly like it did in the film in that he was wearing armor worn by a taller guy, so the difference in the figure and in the costume that the actors wore in the film is that the black undersuit just shows through less in the gaps between the armor plates. I'm guessing Medicom used the same sculpt for the armor pieces on both figures but just applied them differently on Luke. You can see it in the Twitter pics I posted above at the top of the legs; Luke just has less of the black showing through as if the thigh plates are further up on him than on Han. In the review you can see the same thing on the upper torso on the back with less of the black undersuit showing on Luke as compared to Han.

The facial likeness are a bit meh. Like Kaiju pointed out I don't much like the golden paint on Luke, and why did they give it to Han? Harrison Ford has dark brown hair.
