This is tough, want pretty much all of these. Wish Force was on the villain's list. I know he reformed, but as far as I know he's never been in a story as an actual costumed hero, although he does qualify as an ally. I'm going to vote strategically, want Jack but as mentioned he's likely to win. Really like Bill Foster/Black Goliath but he probably should be at least somewhat bigger than normal size. Going with:

Original Human Torch
Vanguard

I think I have been radicalized into a Never Jacker Hearter... The day they make Jack I move to Belize and melt all my Legends. Or not.

Anyway, went with Jarvis, Stingray (although I doubt he can be pulled off well), Hammond and Black Goliath.
 
Man that was hard.... as badly as I want a Century, or even more a Jarvis... Obviously the two in my current top 10 - Jack of Hearts and Stingray - got votes... then I can't not vote for Black Goliath... and finally Vanguard. A mutant,? check. Brother of one of my top 5 favorite Marvel cjaracters? check. Appeared in Contest of Champions? check. A great looking costume that would stand out on the shelf? checkity-check!

So thats my top 4... but Jarvis, Century, Hammond Torch... all enormous wants as well.
 
I'm going with Century, Edwin Jarvis, Hellcat and Jim Hammond Human Torch. I think Jack of Hearts is going to do just fine with the votes here, so I picked Hammond's Torch instead.

Those were my four choices and my reasoning behind each of them. But maaaaaan did it sting not voting for Jarvis and Jim Hammond and Force and Century. I want all of them!
 
Century, Jarvis, Jack of Hearts, and Stingray are all on my Avengers shelf short list. In fact, it may be those four and Deathcry as my last must-haves.
