Hasbro Made-to-Order Figures

You might have to cycle the F Find result for stocklevel. See if it's the second or third result
I can find it directly in the browser in Chrome, but on Firefox the ctrl+F doesn't get me to the right spot - I have to paste the code into notepad and search there to find it.

Got and opened my second Sentinel. These are really amazing. Trying to figure out if I can use some existing things I have like the Marvel Select Danger Room pieces and the original Toy Biz Marvel Legends Sentinel bases from like 2004 to create a diorama with these Sentinels and the X-Men ‘97 figures.

Also, getting this made me dig out my copy of Wizard #33, which, in addition to having a cover of a totally non-sexualized Catwoman, is the issue from 1994 that had a report from that year’s Toy Fair that included Toy Biz’s then-upcoming Sentinel from the ‘90s line. As a kid, I was just excited a Sentinel was coming, even if I thought the execution felt less action figure than paperweight with projectile pieces.

“Night of the Sentinels,” the two-part premiere of the animated series was my introduction to the X-Men and ultimately Marvel, so the Sentinels are special to me (which sounds weird reading it aloud).

Incidentally, this article from Wizard was the first time I realized you could learn about action figures besides just finding them in stores or seeing other figures on cardbacks and in those Kenner catalogs.

It used to be much easier just to view the source and look at the sidebar.

At least this method gives us something.
Oh for sure. It's really interesting being able to see the numbers on Pulse, and gives us at least a clue as to the production numbers for different products. Very glad to have this little window into things! I looked at like 12 different releases with it yesterday. For anyone wondering, there appear to be over 2600 Kang with throne set still available...

Jesus. Balent went full gooner mode on that one.

As an aside, I can't believe Catwoman's purple costume is growing on me. I might genuinely prefer it to her black catsuit now. The older I get, the less interested I am in seeing superheroes in black. Problem is, I like the mask/goggles on the modern outfit.

Iconic Wizard cover. Formative issue.

This was when I started wondering how she even put the costume on, and wondered why it had boob pockets, and the fabric/material doesn't make sense to me at all.

At 13.

I do have to ask if you're familiar with his work? You've specified "that one". Have you not seen his creator owned work, let alone the other Wizard and Catwoman covers of the era?

Back when you had to order comics from catalogues (or Mile High Comics as advertised inside the comics you already had) I saw a fair amount of Balent's Catwoman in black and white line art as these catalogues were rarely in color, I was wondering when Catwoman went through a phase where she was naked aside from the mask, gloves and thigh high boots.

Not saying I complained, but I couldn't quite understand it. But then again a few pages prior introduced me to Witchblade's Sara Pezzini and her g-string that looked like it was made from a coral reef.

I just accept it as 90s novelty now, like pouches on everything or murdering a stranger in a KMart over the last furby.

It drew more wisecracks from my parents because at least they understood Witchblade, Angela, and Aspen were just running around in Frederick's of Hollywood wear.

The latex/body spray ones no one could explain away. Or at least let go
