G.I. Joe Toys on Sale

I'm curious what happened with Law & Order and Target's system. Feels like he released late and missed most of his window, because then his in-store listing got wonky (wouldn't register a price), then he alone went on a random discount a month ago and now this. Feels like something went wrong somewhere.

I bought one the day after Christmas in store and when he wouldn't ring up the lady at the self-checkout just knocked him down to $5. :)

Yeah, something screwy happened. He's been up everyday on Target's eBay store with wide windows of availability. I was in a store last night and they had about a dozen Law & Orders marked at $23 something.

What I keep missing on Bullseye Deals is the $17.99 firefighter and police officer, Not up there as frequently or in the same amounts, but it's a nice deal. Heavy Duty has also popped up a few times for $17.99 as well as Steeler and Short Fuze for $22.99.
 
Shooter is available for $5 on Wal-mart’s site. Condition is marked as “sub-par”, but if you open your figures, you may be interested.

I ordered a bunch of these and received them today. There's nothing subpar about the packaging but they're the old windowless packaging so don't know for sure what's in them until they're opened - but no obviously evidence of any tampering.
 
They've been up pretty much 24/7 all week on the Target eBay page too. Target had a whole lot of them.

I found a lone Heavy Duty for $10 and change and saw about six Marvel Legend Jean Greys for $7.49 I think at a nearby Target.
 
Unfortunately those coupons are regional-and not in my location. I have been scoring well with coupons on the Figurarts Ultraman figures lately, though. 6 so far.

What was the price on the Polar Bear with coupon? When I click the link, it's $81.39 shipped and sold by Amazon. I might as well go to GameStop. What am I funding other people's coupons?
 
It appears folks are finding the Steel Corps Commander/Twilight Guard two-pack at Burlington for $12.99.

I absolutely hate Burlington, yet I will be stopping at every one I come across for the next couple of weeks ...
