If a store near me has Joes, they have half a dozen Desert Scorpions at least. Christmas is gonna be a Rosscon Scorpion BONANZA. Pity, they're pretty damned cool.

Thanks for the heads up. I grabbed both online. My local Target store never stocked either of these.
My Walmart had them in their center aisle display but evidently shipped off the whole display to a discount store when it came time to take it down, didn't discount any of the figures or move them to anywhere else in the store. Hundreds of figures just gone overnight and it's been weeks now. I know others are finding some of these in their store's clearance section but I check there at least a couple of times per week and nothing. I was very disappointed because due to the volume that they had of everything I was intentionally playing the long game and waiting for markdowns that never happened.

I bought 4 of the Desert Scorpion sets. Mostly because I like the Desert Trooper motif and think that the version of Dusty we got blows and could have been so much cooler without a dopey look on his face and a high-sitting helmet. These troopers are so much cooler. Now I just have to figured out what to do with a bunch of oversized scorpions. To the Mythic Legions display they go for some Jason and the Argonauts-style usage.
