G.I. Joe Classified Series

I may have hallucinated Airtight. Could've sworn we saw a render last year but I may have conflated him with Blowtorch.
I'm sure he's coming though. I think he's the LAST Joe from that year now.
There was a carded Cutter but he was the one from the OH SO 80s and 90s "Drug Elimination Force." His bio card got so much grimmer with that version, too. Gone was the "I can't believe the only Coast Guard Joe is from fucking Kansas named Skip Stone" and that makes me sad cos DEF Cutter was very pro prison industrial complex.
Yikes. Sounds like he may have voted for Rex Lewis.
Oh, they did have a repaint of classic Cutter that came with a VERY TINY version of the WHALE called the Night Landing Craft.
Haw! I had to look that up, brilliant.

This is what I was thinking of, which DID come with a Cutter but not the DEF one:

Man, a lot of my "I'd love that character" figures were vehicle drivers. Grand Slam, Thunder, Lamprey, Ace, Ice Viper...
Yeah. I hope for more like Copperhead than like Wild Weasel.

Lots of great choices.

I will add one of my favourite late stage 3.75" figures......The Data Viper from the Retaliation line. Still one of my favourite new figures and a design I think would look great in Classified. A couple of tweaks would be needed but I think Lenny could pull off an great update.

I had to look up the Data Viper, and I had him. He's a little over the top. So much gear for a specialist that deals with something intangible. Retaliation/Pursuit of Cobra had sick figures that I'm sure would translate really well to Classified. But I think some things could be sleeker. Mobility has to be a consideration. I mean, consider even Mainframe or Dialtone. They lug around a bunch of equipment with tasks, that realistically today, could probably be completed by a smart phone.

Yeah that REALLY sucks. And $200 is not nothing, but yah some got hit worse. I dunno, maybe he got into coke, but I remember at the time even "joked" he was mobbed up and they'd stripped him to the bone and there was no choice any longer but to torch the store. I even photoshopped a picture of Ray Liotta and Joe Pesci waiting outside of Dorkside as the fire started.
I was going through some things and found this:

I'm not entirely sure what makes Spearhead so popular. He was the last Joe I bought, the only one from that wave of figures. It wasn't even the bobcat that intrigued me, though Max was probably a selling point. I don't know his official rank, but to me Spearhead became the next leader, in the same way Hawk, Duke, Flint, Beachhead were leaders. I was always big on the leader type, Leonardo being my preferred Turtle, Cyclops being my favorite X-Man. He was almost an Ultra Magnus type. Not the one to make the orders, but the one to lead the field mission.

Of the ones you mentioned, Spearhead would be the lowest rank. I think corporal is the lowest rank for any Joes as you have to be at least E-4 to join, though I think it was Ambush who is the only private.

And in Aliens Hicks was a Corporal whom Burke scoffed at when Ripley said he was now in charge after their lieutenant, for what it's worth, was knocked out and their sergeant was snatched.

I lot of my love for Joes/Cobras came from whether or not they could hold their gun. Spearhead had a cool gun. I do think they could spruce him up. Some Classifiying him up could probably help with his color distribution, since he was a solid color for his torso and then camo his limbs.
