Day 96 - Bullhorn - (RAH) (12/17/25)

Another all new, never-done-in-Classified character, this time from 1990, Bullhorn!

One of my friends had this guy, and he was always one of the first to go to the little brother just to make sure he didn't cry and felt included, but we'd make sure to tell him that he had a lame guy.

Why not? Why not have a guy with a giant bullhorn.

It’s very important when you’re negotiating with the enemy, that you not be seen. You don’t want your opponent to actually see who they’re negotiating with, so camouflage paint is important. You have to hide when you’re blaring your voice through a bullhorn that could let the enemy target you.
It would be interesting to see what the Classified crew would do with him. A maybe, depending on execution.

HIs character design does nothing for me but I'm intrigued by the idea the Joes have an intervention specialist. I dig it.
