G.I. Joe Classified One-A-Day Beamish-Style Figure Poll - #184 - Lt. Stone/Cobra Trooper (Sigma 6)

I saw the name and thought I'd be an immediate "nah" because Lt. Stone doesn't sound like a GI Joe character, but I like the idea of a British spy to flesh out the international characters and I keep joking around that the best thing that could happen to resolve my own vision going sideways is for me to have one eye just stop working so they'll stop fighting each other and so I'm very much in a "give me guys with eyepatches" era of collecting. I'm in.
 
Day 184b - Cobra Trooper - (Sigma 6) (3/15/26)

Continuing Sigma 6 week with their version of the Cobra trooper, AND Lt. Stone as a Cobra Trooper.

Let me see...

Cyber Viper - Probably. As a repaint of Wild Weasel it would be pretty much a yes but I would hope for some cool accessories.

Cobra Commander - I always had a bit of a soft spot for this look, but I don't see much of a desire for it at Classified scale. I do love the mini Hiss "drone" he came with in the exclusive release (I have 3 of them) and I use them as a drone fleet for the Haslab Hiss.

Lt. Stone - See that custom I would definitely pick him up in Classified with that design, but I am not really looking for him to get made.

Cobra Trooper - Like the design and I would love to get it in Classified. I would probably change the name/classification to security or military police rather than a trooper.
 
I could see using the Sigma 6 cobra trooper as a unique individual, and I actually would probably get a ROC CC but to be a new character.
 
I'm al about S6. Yes on Stone, he was one of my favorites. I never collected the mini scale figs, they had a lot more designs in those. The cobra trooper look like Space security to me. Sure, I'll take em.
 
I was never a Sigma 6 guy. This is confusing. Are the Cobra Troopers white now? And if so, how is Stone dressed up as a Cobra Trooper fooling anyone when he's a distinctly unique color scheme?

Anyway, I hate Cobra Troopers in Star Wars colors and I hope whoever came up with that shit-terrible idea gets a powerful uppercut to the testicles.

Regular Stone is a weird one. My gut reaction is that he's an uncreative good guy swap of Major Bludd with the metal arm and body armor look he's got going on. But in Classified? I'd probably still get him because I bet they'd make him look too good not to.
 
I think in the S6 world, Cobra didn't use that many human troops, mostly different forms of B.A.T.S, which I'm wondering if they will pop up on this list. Mostly so they can show Joe's shooting their lasers and actually hitting something, cuz if its a robot it's A O.K!
