Yep. He's almost the anti-Mercer. Then there's Stiletto who infiltrates G.I. Joe.

Ahhh Blackout, the nusculpt character I wanted to like but couldn’t because his original figure had the goofiest, doofiest head.
I definitely want him in Classified. He’s a cool character and was, I believe, the first designated-speciality sniper in Cobra.

Classified realized that their Night Force characters and even their Night Viper aesthetically benefited from introduction of some color. Even the RAH line realized consistent cranking out Snake-eyes in solid black would get to boring, so they introduced flecks of color whether it be different color garments or even bits of metallic gear.
While I like the idea of the Plague guys I begin to question if the monochromatic look is just artist laziness.
All that said, I’m confident that Classified could make this crew visually interesting. Probably.
