G.I. Joe Classified One-A-Day Beamish-Style Figure Poll - #151 - Red Ninja (Post-RAH)

I would have had these stand in as Hand Ninjas. But now I have enough of those, so I'd probably buy one and consider it a unique character. Then I'd get one of each color they make available and they can become pilots of giant animal robots.
 
I'm going to be surprising, maybe, on this one and say no, I don't need red ninja. Ninja-Ku covers the classic 'black pajamas' ninja for my collection. I have no attachment to the idea of generic red ninjas (in fact, I kind of hate it). And if I wanted a Cobra-specific generic ninja, I want it to be Ninja Viper. Which is not red.
 
Red Ninjas are definitely a Marvel Comics Hama thing, not really present in other media, so I get it.

BUT the Red Ninjas are the specific henchmen of neon green Firefly, so . . .

I was just muttering to myself "honestly, all Red Ninjas pull double duty fighting Snake Eyes AND Daredevil" and then I saw "neon green Firefly" and stopped talking, clicked my jaw shut, and then got annoyed that I'd buy neon green Firefly pretty much against my will just because he existed.
 
The first time I remember seeing the red ninjas was the silent issue at the castle with Storm Shadow. They appeared several times in the run, but I kinda associate them most with Zartan. There was a 'red ninja leader' they had in the Ninja Force issues that turned out to be Firefly when he revealed his connection to so many past plots then, yeah, revealed his ultimate ninja costume in neon green. But that Red Ninja Leader is another one coming up eventually in this thread.
