G.I. Joe Classified Beamish-Style Weekend Vehicle Poll - #16 - Cobra Asp (RAH)

Day 14 - Oktober Guard Attack Helicopter (Post-RAH) (12/19/25)

It's the weekend again, time for vehicles! In 2012, they did the Oktober Guard Attack helicopter,

I wanted to respond with a gif from Christmas Vacation, but the internet doesn't want me giffing anymore. And it's probably for the best. Not that I would feel bad about suggesting you bend over to find a place to put it, but definitely for inflicting Chevy Chase on anyone.

My first instinct is to say ‘Yrs’, but then reality sets in. I have neither the space, nor the budget for a Classified scale version of that. It would be cool, but there’s no foreseeable way I could get it. Besides. We don’t have a single Oktober Guard yet.

The attack helicopter is cool. Wouldn't it basically be the same size as the Dragonfly? If so, there's actually a possibility I'd be into it.

When it comes to vehicles, I think with types of vehicle I'm not strongly attached to in Joe (in this case, the copters and the boats), it's really about which one gets made first and catches my eye. Like, I'd get this today. If we get the Tigerforce version of the Dragonfly today and this gets announced a year later, I'll have no interest in it because I already have a helicopter and I don't need two at this scale/price.

I'm a sucker for camo patterns. Yes. I want the Joe equivalent of the Star Wars Micro Galaxy Squadron stuff (throw Star Trek in on that wish as well while we're at it.) I'd love for some updated designs of all these vehicles, but there is no practical way 90% of them could get made.

Every few months I will day dream, and sometimes research and plan out, how to do a 1/72 scale Defiant from Deep Space Nine. If it was done by a toy company, it would end up being such a massive haslab that basically I'd never be able to collect anything else for the rest of my life. And maybe... just maybe, worth it. My ultimate dollhouse.

I want a shuttlepod, just a little larger than a full size bed, that you swing open the front screen, plop on the bed, and the back side of the screen has a monitor hooked up to every game system. My hideout shuttlepod I'm taking to a two week conference in Risa.

Day 15 - Snarler Cycle (Rise of Cobra) (12/20/25)

The smallest vehicle we've had in this thread in a while, it's a motorcycle with a sidecar that also coincides with the latest listing in the figure thread.

We're kinda half way there, with the cycle we got just get a different side car. On that note, does anybody know if any other weapons/accessories fit well enough in that side car? It looks odd to me to have three chain guns on motorcycles and I need some visual variance. I've been rummaging through all my random crap and haven't found anything yet.

I was going to say no because I already have three motorcycles with side cars, but having a sidecar that carries another dude would be an upgrade. I'll tentatively probably not but if they did it in an interesting way I might take a flyer on one.

Nah. I really don't dig on the 'motorcycle with sidecar' aesthetic generally, and certainly not as any kind of military/attack vehicle. If I were a Dreadnok guy, I'd probably want some version of that for them, but not for Joes.
