In regards to the mouse king secret item
It makes me think this will be a one and done figure with no Nutcracker coming. Once I saw the head, I immediately began looking through the Horsemen catalog of parts to see if anything would work. Honestly, the Marley body is about as close as anything right now. They’d need a full new body for a Nutcracker and I’m not sure they’d invest that in what would likely be a one-off body. Sure they could repaint that yearly as an ongoing Nutcracker line (my grandmother has plenty of actual nutcrackers that use the same body repainted over and over in different ways). I think the head means the mouse king won in their version and that’s that.

[spoiled] I cannot believe they were able to sneak in the canister of ooze and the 4 baby turtles to go with the Shredder helmet. I missed out on some NECA accessory packs with them, so I can't wait to get this Rat King. {nomorespoiledkthxbye]

Also, since I'm not interested in the Nutcracker, I got him to go with my army of anthropomorphized animal warriors. I have Furay Planet Blad Master, Master Weng (no clue if I'm remember those names correctly)...Tiger and Rabbit guys. I'm not sure if they'll be fighting the TMNT on my shelf, or partnering up, but they needed a multi-headed rodent to lead them so 4H to the rescue! And if I have them team up with the TMNT, then [lulspoils] the ooze and baby turts will be great. [endlulz]

I have never spent any time on HISSTank and from the sounds of it I probably lucked out.

Spoilers are a funny thing - my partner will always tell me since we TRY to watch some things together "you're professionally online, if you need tow watch something before it's ruined for you because I'm too tired to go to the movies or whatever you go on without me." And so there's some stuff I dive into the minute it comes out because I don't want it ruined, sometimes I just don't give a damn (I loved the new Superman but it took four days for people to screen capture and post the whole fucken movie online), you've got Ryan Reynolds posting all of Deadpool's spoilers on X on opening weekend... Gotta pick your battles. What I love is when I love a show nobody gives a shit about and I'm like "nobody is competing for page views, I can watch this TOMORROW!"

Anyway my mouse king just showed up. Gonna open him up later. Didn't even think about there being a spoiler in there, just could not figure out what Preternia did to get himself into trouble with those rabid Legions fans, poor guy.

Speaking of Figura Obscura and collections/casts/teams they'll likely never finish - is there a decent Baije out there who can hang with Wukong for a Journey into the West setup? I have a feeling if they ever did Baije 4H would make him... kinda gross and slovenly and I'd love a "Nick Frost, but as a boar" type figure some day.
 
For all the ups and downs of this year’s Christmas figure… damn, man, the Mouse King is beautiful. Really too much figure in the end. I want half dozen mouse warriors instead of the king, I want affordable base bodies to put these other heads on. For now I’m gonna put the nicest paint app head on the body with this too big but very cool cloak and make him a centerpiece for my Mythic Legions figures. Love at first sight but too much wasted parts with no home. The spoiler head deserves a body, too, but 4H really hasn’t done one that looks right.

I don’t think the crown is removable otherwise I’d just use that head with the scars on the snout, but for now this is like a lil Redwall hero hanging out with the Monkey King.

Yep. Honestly 25% of the accessories but a couple of swappable heads at a lower price and I’d have wanted to buy a few of this guy. I am not going to try to find homes for 18 heads and two massive stands though.

The bare bones figure is one of the nicest they’ve done though.
