Action Force and Valaverse

So I just watched the Diddy Doc on Netflix (there's one on Hulu too but haven't gotten to that one yet), and it just reminds me of the word they used "paper gangster," basically someone who has money but wouldn't survive in the actual streets they came from. Bobby seems like that guy. He'll talk a big game, but then he bitches out and sues people and goes on social media. Keyboard warriors I think is maybe even a better term. Also, it reminds me, as you guys mentioned, no physical altercation? If these guys did this in some other industries, they'd be in caskets. Or hospitals. I learned a long time ago not to talk shit about people, true or not. Neither of these guys have learned that lesson, and methinks it would be good for them if they did.

And just to be clear, this is just an observation. I'm not threatening anyone, and I don't know either of them from the guy down the road. But, the only way to shut people up sometimes, is to make them.

Yeah, idk about the whole people can’t learn without actually fighting. Feel like we wouldn’t be positive on an actual fight occurring

I think what gets me is the hypocrisy more than anything else. Bobby wears a SubPar7 shirt to make fun of Super7 and it's okay because it's parody. Kenny wears a Legal Action Force or whatever shirt to make fun of Bobby and it's violent, hateful abuse. And Bobby's UTTERLY CHILDISH defense is 'I didn't MAKE the Subpar7 shirt, but Kenny made the Action Force shirt.' What? Bobby. What? So it's only parody if someone else made the shirt you're wearing? Like... what even is that ridiculous, baby-brained argument?

Bobby didn’t sell the shirt, Kenny sold Kennyverse shirts.

But as the video explains, it’s not about the shirt but the shirt represents him continuing to cause trouble when he told Joefest he wouldn’t.

As I recall, Bobby was suing Kenny, no? Wasn't that what the crowdfunder was about? Kenny was claiming it was a slap suit.

And this was Vala showing the evidence of why he went after Kenny in the first place because the go fund me left a lot out

I guess I'm not sure why Bobby needs to do that if a case was found in his favor. If what Kenny is saying in the crowdfunder isn't true, and the case was over defamation, then you just take him right back to court and win again.

This was about messaging because the gofundme got a lot of attention in action figure circles

Right, which if what he said there isn't true, is also defamation, no? So take him right back to court then?

I think I've already exceeded the amount of interest I allocated for this spat (between Bobby and Kenny, that is).
