Hard to get excited for that, and I don't even own it. That pack in head looks like it was fan made.

I may just bypass it and wait til they get their head in the game and make a proper MTO Onslaught that multiple X-Men can fight, not crowd around because he's 2 inches taller than a standard figure.

My guess is like Nimrod he'll have some changes. Probably a re-sculpted head and shoulder pads if I was a betting man. It'd be nice if he came with some neat effect or something, but I sort of doubt it.

But yeah, if you're hoping for a huge boy, he probably won't be your guy. I'll see what the final looks like, but I still might go with the redo of the BAF since I never picked that one up.
 
With Onslaught, his appearance is likely impacted by whether or not he does indeed show up in season two of X-Men 97. It was certainly trending that way, and I think the former showrunner confirmed that's where he was going, but they may have changed course. Not that I'd expect his appearance to be altered much if he does make an appearance.

I think they might be doing a rerelease in advance of a '97 specific mold coming later. But also they've just in general been rereleasing all the old BAFs lately. It gives me hope that I'll have a single-card Blackheart and Mindless One before too long.

Yes, please - but only if it's a comic version. I don't need another MCU version of America Chavez.

I really like this Laura figure more than I expected to, but the "permanent" toe talons still bug me. I'm sure that you can pull them out but then you likely have a big hole in the boot. I'm a big fan of the actress Dafne Keen and hope to see a lot more of her in the future.
 
Ah yes, - comic. I edited the post to clarify. The existing MCU one with Zendaya head is too small to look right.

Really curious if this was solicited to retail and retail passed, because this is a 100% believable wave (I could have seen them add Skaar as a BAF and a couple more figures like Echo) - until the D+ figures stopped selling.

I want Dar-Benn/that Carol costume also. They've done a really good job with Carol's costumes in the MCU, barring Endgame which was just okay.

I don't even know how waves are solicited anymore - do retailers get images of the offerings? Is it all via Toy Fair where they can see? A mix? I'm hoping images will eventually leak of all the things we ended up not getting this year.

This is the kind of stuff I'd love to see the influencer set asking about when they get to chat with the team.

The images can't leak out because they never existed.
