20 Years of Hasbro Legends - Is This The Yearly Anniversary Offering/Program?

When I think of the early days of Hasbro what I specifically think of right away are those TRU exclusives for the Diamond Emma, Black Queen Jean and all silver Wolverine. Wow, were those awful.

If they're smart, they won't do anything to recognize or remind us of how it all started for them.

lmaooo and here we are 20 years later as they release a new exclusive diamond Emma Frost to Target.

Makes me think there is a correlation there.

I know its 20 years on the calendar... but do we have to subtract a year or two when they let Legends lay fallow while they pushed Universe instead?

Still salty that the 4 inch line has:
first appearance Captain Britain, A-Bomb, classic Moonstone, classic Falcon, Future Foundation Reed,Sue and Ben, blue/white Angel, classic Blastaar, Juggernaut Colossus, Korg, Spider-Man Noir, Gamora, the Collector,... not to mention more properly scaled Wrecking Crew...

I want all of those as Legends and am grumpy the tiny line got them instead.

Wow, 20 years. My first Marvel Legends figure was actually an Annihilus Banshee I got on clearance from Meijer.

From those early waves, I’d love to see redos of WWII Cap and Bucky, Danger, Mole Man, and classic Wendigo. (Would also love some “Spider-Man 3” figures like Topher Grace Venom, Dunst MJ, and New Goblin, but those seem very unlikely.

Can’t believe forgot to put Annihilus! I’m sad we never got that Marvel Select one. I saw it on display at NYCC a few years in a row. Those last few unproduced figures in that line looked so good.

Y'all are just swaddling babes.

This is what action figures looked like in my day.

That was a pretty cool playset. I had hours of fun with that.

And I had all the GI Joes.

And I still have the comics.

"GI Joe! GI Joe! Fighting man from head to toe! On the land, on the sea, in the air ....!"

"Boy, oh boy! It's a Hasbro toy!"

This is why most of my generation is in therapy now.
