My Keldor is en route from BBTS, and I plan to use one of my four or five Masterverse Skeletors to customize him to look more like the classic 200X Keldor.

I loved Morrison's run, but I think Pyg and Flamingo are too weird and gross to become classic Batman rogues. Talon and the Court of Owls are pretty great though. Talon is one of the better "evil version of Batman" takes imho.
