It's a bummer about Tatiana cause I love her. But, like others, I 100% support her decision, Disney's pretty bad as a company.

But also they can just recast! These are characters that dont need to age in real time!
 
Should we start a betting pool for when the Doomsday trailer drops online?

I say Monday the 22nd. That'll give it the whole weekend to play in theaters with Avatar 3, it'll be 3 days before Christmas, and 11 days after the Supergirl trailer drops.

But it's Disney so who knows what the fuck they're gonna do.
 
I finally got my family to watch Quantumania (they seemed to enjoy), so we can finally move on to D & W. I'm guessing we'll watch that for Christmas. Apparently, Deadpool is our new Christmas tradition as we watched part 2 last Christmas (my sis's idea). I'm hoping to squeeze BNW in there too even though I just watched it twice (once with commentary) in the past month.

Technically Steve Rogers is returning.

The most obvious question - who is the child? A character we already know? Related to Doom? A plot device and maybe Doom is collecting super babies - Franklin, this kid....

Oooooooo, yeah I hadn't considered the time thing yet... right, maybe Steve isn't even really in the movie except as a prologue setting up this other character that'll be someone prominent in present day. With some super genes. That, or, like you said, Doom is collecting super babies, presumably for something to do with the incursions?

Didn't the concept art show Captain Marvel and Thor insignias on Doom's armor - I thought maybe they were going to be talisman's to protect Doom, as Doom (from the comics) really should not be a threat against all the assembled heroes like Thor and Capt Marvel and Sentry. But what if Doom is using his magic to collect powers....?

OKay yeah, I've been snoozing on spoilers the last year or so, but now that you mention it, I remember that and your theory about it, yeah. That definitely makes a lot of sense.
