I've been a little lax on my pre-orders, but I've been waiting on another display case to come into stock on amazon and for some reason I tell myself I cant get anything until the shelf shows up. I know pulse hasn't shipped yet, but has the Big Lob wave shipped from anywhere else?

Yeah, IDGAF about any of that nonsense either. I haven’t read the comic in over 35 years, I’m sure there’s tons of dumb, wacky nonsense in that time but so what? As long as a figure looks fun and cool, I’m on board.

Also, for the pre-order tomorrow, I'm not entirely sure it's the wave. Everyone is talking about Dawn so it may only be her going up. Have they done a Classified wave piecemeal before?

Yeah I thought it was the whole wave as well, but now it seems that it is just Dawn and the rest of the wave will go up around Toy Fair, or the 17th.

As for Dawn's story and Sean Collins, and SE coming back from the dead? Well it is comics first of all, but second, after all this time I just look at the original ARAH Marvel run as being one giant soap opera. Considering the entire run, minus a couple issues, has been done by Larry it is bound to have both repeating themes/stories and crazy ideas/situations just to try and come up with more stories.
