I never paid all that much attention to the Legion but now I want a solo book about her that's so glammed up that any comic shop carrying it has to install a mirrorball and lighted floor panels. She's like a Barbarella Dazzler with Psychic Powers.
Seriously. A lot of collectors disparage the Kenner line, but I grew up on that and I loved all the ridiculous metallic and purple and teal Batmen. And the crazy vehicles! Batman's a wealthy guy with serious arrested development, he should always have just the dumbest vehicles and they should all transform or split into tinier vehicles.Amazing. That is giving me SUCH hardcore Kenner vibes. I do hope they make the kids' line fun, at least from time to time, beyond just 'here's a lower-deco, lower-articulation version of this character.'

I'll be laughing at you as I fly away in my adult collectible fully functional Mattel Creations Whirly-Bat.All this Legion talk is just setting me up for disappointment when they don't make any Legion figures.

They were more popular than the Teen Titans! One more reboot, that's all it'll take! They have dozens of fans--many of us under 45!!I'll be laughing at you as I fly away in my adult collectible fully functional Mattel Creations Whirly-Bat.
Could be the lameness. Has anyone checked to see if it's the lameness?I don't think it's a lack of popularity that has held them back in toy form. It's gotta be the volume.
