Marvel Toys on Sale

Thanks for the heads-up! I really wish Amazon would price match so I could save the Earth the trouble of shipping a new one and returning the old.
 
I visited my Walmart yesterday and noticed that the mid-aisle display was gone and so were all of the figures that were just a week ago. There were dozens, if not hundreds of figures there a week ago that didn't seem to get moved to anywhere else in the store.

The only remnants that I could find were about 20 Marvel Legends retro-card Quicksilvers in the clearance section for $15 each. I expected to see more from that display here, but nope. There's no way that all would have sold in a week, even at clearance prices.

All of the rest of the Marvel Legends, GI Joe Classified, Star Wars, WWE and Master of the Universe stuff were just gone from the store. I had been playing the long game on a lot of that stuff, so am very disappointed. I wonder if they got sent directly to budget or bin stores.

I had a similar experience in January when my Target put a certain GI Joe set on clearance. They had TWENTY-THREE of them, taking up two full shelves, but they were only 15% off, so I thought I'd wait until they were at least fifty off . . . but two days later, they were gone, every single one of them. Even if they had dropped to the next lever, it would've cost somebody $574.89 to buy them all, which seems super unlikely.
 
Been fluctuating a lot but anniversary Barnes Captain America is currently 15.99 on Amazon.
