G.I. Joe Classified One-A-Day Beamish-Style Figure Poll - #207 - Red Shadows Trooper (Red Shadows)

You might be able to get me to add a few guys like whatshisfuck up there, but really I have zero interest in the red shadows, black shadows, grey shadows, action guy super team European bullshit.
I'm still open to more outside-the-US representation on both sides, and beyond the two established groups, like some Oktober Guard and such, which Red Shadows could be a good foil for.
S.K.A.R. > Red Shadows
All the above!

For me it's not so much that I don't have an interest in non-US characters or ideas, and more that I have zero attachment to things that only appeared in Europe/outside the US when I was forming my attachment to G.I. Joe. I was an adult when I found out Action Force/Shadows/whatever even existed. So those characters and concepts largely just mean nothing to me. As opposed to something like the Oktober Guard, which were actively a part of the Joe mythology in the US.

But like.. I'd buy the SHIT out of Classified versions of all the various 'Corps' characters from Lanard. So it's also not just 'it wasn't in G.I. Joe, so I don't care' as much as it is 'what was I exposed to as a kid?'

To be clear, I wasn't saying you do, more that it was a selling point.

I get that. My Classified collecting is a weird mixture of nostalgia for what I had, what I didn't have, what's neat now, and what feeds into a weird Black Hawk Down, Zero Dark Thirty, Sicario amalgam world I have in my head.

Again, makes sense. What if the Corps guys turned out to be European?! Heh

Ha! I'm sure some are. Actually, my favorite ever Corps guy, for no reason I can figure out, was the one in the turban. So he's, at the very least, definitely not American (not that Americans can't wear turbans.. you know what I mean).

Day 207 - Red Shadow Trooper - (Red Shadows) (4/7/26)

Another Red Shadows character BBWS has sorta done, hopefully Hasbro has a version as well.

I did not realize the Big Bad Workshop stuff was based on actual comic designs.
