My mailman did deliver the Romankey x Cowl blank today. It's got a good feel. Pretty smooth, didn't have to dismantle anything.

Only comes with three pairs of hands and two katana, but the sculpt and articulation and silicone overlay make for a stylish trade. She has an alternate face plate that's just the robot face with red eyes. You can also keep her bald if you want.

The hairpiece is hard plastic and I think I'm going to do a mold because I would love to have translucent neon colors.
