Do we really not have a thread for Ramen? I know they've come up, but Search says it's always been in other threads.
Anyways, Ace had a live stream earlier and made a couple announcements that caught my eye.
A) I never watched Bravestarr, so have only been half paying attention to their versions of Bravestarr and Thirty/Thirty, but then they revealed this guy:
And my jaw dropped. Bad-ass just by himself and makes me want to go back and rethink the Marshal and 000 (I think they're calling the horse).
2) They announced their next tank based on the vehicle the Mauler was based on.
I don't know why they're calling it the Wolverine (maybe it'll get a sticker we can put on the other, more Wolverine-like tank). I dig that it has two driver positions and a spot in the turret for the commander like a tank should (based on what I saw watching Fury), but the MBT turret from their first tank won't fit on this chassis.
C) One of next years 5th Anniversay offerings will be a re-do of their 80s Commanders, only this time under the actual Centurions license. This time they're adding in the mechanisms from the original line that made the spinny wiggle effects on the gear while keeping to the 1/12 scale. Hopefully that means giving them a little height boost because reviews described them as being a little undertall for the scale.
He talked about other stuff I was less interested in, like a Smokey and the Bandit Trans Am, and the sewer play set. Still no forward motion on the Galaxy Rangers, though.
