I like the concept of Ghost Bear, but his look needs to be tempered with a little reality.

Ditto. Kwinn Sr was a "bare minimum to get the job done" kinda dude. It was either a parka and a machine gun, or Safari gear and a machine gun. Kwinn Jr i see as coming from the middle of a remote region, equipped with 50 year old military surplus gear scrounge from all over and still manages to be a somewhat badass with it. Nothing like being clapped in the dome by a dude 300 yards out with a rifle taken off the Korean War battlefield.

Now I'm picturing Quinn watching people load up with modern gear, rolling his eyes, tucking a VERY BIG KNIFE into his belt, stuffing a pistol in his pocket, and slings a gun older than his kid over his shoulders.

Hotwire looks a “Dreadnok scientist”. Honestly he’s not one I need, but I can see potentially a whole science, research and development team being produced with Hotwire, Cassandra Knox, Biggles, and others. I’d be cool with that. Pack in some science gear and machines with each one, and we can have a Cobra lab.

Hotwire is one of those ones where I'd need to see it in Classified to know if I want it. But I'm not -opposed- to it at the moment. I really like the concept, but the design bores me.

This. Hotwire as a concept sounds cool. But he needs some BAT armor or something to look more interesting.
