The Irishman
I don't know if anyone else here does any costuming, but I thought I'd share my Fett stuff at least.
Here's a collage showing the progression of my suit. I did an incredibly inaccurate and lousy version with cardboard and a Don Post helmet (the helmet wasn't so bad really) in 1997 that I will not show pictures of. Then I got a vacuformed set of armor in 1999 that I can't find pictures of until 2002. And for the next ten years I upgraded it bit by bit, with a better flightsuit, more accurate rifle, proper shoes, etc etc. I was going for the ROTJSE version, which is just the ROTJ costume with the ESB helmet.
Then after he showed up on Mandalorian, as I said in the Star Wars thread, my wife suggested I do that version.
Now I've redone it again and have more of an amalgam. Still have the Mandalorian clothing, but switched to the BOBF belt and jetpack (my old jetpack was 15 pounds, the new one is 3d printed and less than 5), and repainted my armor to be ROTJ again. The helmet is a Black Series helmet that I painted to be a transition from his repainted on in Mandalorian to the more dinged up version on BOBF with the slice across the eye. I also fixed the right ear and replace the rangefinder with a metal stalk and more accurate head. Oh, I also changed the hand armor to have the symbols from the brown/tan gloves the Pre-pro costume wore (this is the costume used for a lot of promotional images, including the card art for the original Kenner ESB figure, but never used on screen at all). Really tried to incorporate a nod to every version of his suit.
