Blokees General

We’ve been talking about some non-transformers Blokees in the Transformers Blokees thread so I thought I’d make a “general Blokees” for all the properties that don’t fall neatly into another forum.


Anyway, for my daughter’s birthday I got her the Blokees Sakura Miku, and I have to say that put together this is a really nice figure with a good paint job and a ton of accessories. Absolutely a great deal for $40.

It says it’s a model kit, but I would think of it more like a deconstructed import figure. Sort of like if Snail shell or Figma sent you a figure with all the parts separated.

I've been tempted to get their Psyduck. I'm a little old to have been there for the Pokemon craze, but it was a joke between my ex and I that Psyduck was my mascot. Just a tired duck with a headache doing his best. Main reason I'm tempted for him is the model looks pretty good, it's not super expensive on the secondary market, and he's roughly in scale for 1/12 if I wanted to slot him into a different display for humor value (Psyduck vs Prof X would be funny).

I haven’t seen any of the Blokees pokemanz built up, but I generally have been impressed with their stuff, they are especially just “a good deal for the price”

Big box. Six inch figure.

But you do get the hangar station, plug, dilapidated buildings a base option, three iconic weapons, and a mess of hands. There's also a janky slide for the core insertion which I didn't expect.

I dig it for the purposes of anchoring the Figuarts pilots. Not sure I'll get 01 unless we get Shinji.
