Found the Action Marine Sniper and Action Pilot Halo Jumper figures at Ross. Seemed like they were $17.99, which is better than the $34.99 MSRP. No tags on the ones I found so the cashier was nice enough to just sell them for $7.99 since most of the figures nearby were about that much.
