Hope so. I never got the BAF. And re-releasing a BAF is one of their favorite things

    Marvel Legends Maximum Series

I like it but I once again do not see the value here. For 35 bucks, sure. But for this price I think I'd need several more head sculpts and maybe some big katanas to feel somewhat worth it I passed on Maximum Hulk and will probably pass on this unless it goes on clearance

I can't speak to the mascots because I kept them in their boxes, but I have almost all of their Street Fighter figures, as well as Megan Man and Cyberpunk, and none of them have given me any trouble. My hypothesis is just that cartoon mascots aren't meant to exist in the real world

Ah, Extremis Iron Man has the articulation scheme he should have had to begin with. Tempting, but also insulting.

SDCC Exclusive Savage Land 3 pack (Rogue, Sauron, Shanna)

Jada is miles ahead of McF. I've been impressed with everything I've bought from them; they're just well-sculpted, well engineered, and I have not encountered a stiff joint with them yet. Wouldn't say the "diaper" thing ever even occurred to me. The reason it stands out so badly on McF figures...

The War Machine Omega Red set came yesterday and I like it more than I thought I would. The new pieces on both figures are an improvement in my eyes. I sort of wish we'd gotten the black legs on War Machine, and as always I wish these were completely pinless. It's not a huge deal but they're so...

    Figma Video Game Figures

Yeah, a full Hasbro line would have made sense given they own the rights , but I can see why they didn't make any BG3 figures. Their previous video game lines have not done well, and their D&D line did not do well, so a combination of both would probably also not do well. There was a very...

    Figma Video Game Figures

Yeah, I got the pop-up parade Zagreus statue because it looked so good, and now they're making an actual action figure. When will it be out? Who knows! But at least it's happening. I'd definitely be down for some BG3 figures. The main party would be great but this is figma were talking about...

    Hasbro Made-to-Order Figures

Dragon Man is here! Played around with him a little bit, he's certainly a hefty chunk of plastic. No real complaints other than the folded pair of wings being unpainted. It was expensive but I feel like the value is there, unlike the $50 maximum figures, or $40 magic the gathering figures. Now...

Just catching up on the Wolverine drama...You know what? I'm Team Big Wolverine. Hell, make him bigger. I just want to watch the world burn.

    Magic the Gathering Legends

I managed to snag all of these on Amazon but will probably end up canceling a couple. It comes out to $160 for four figures and four cards, and that's just insane. Of course, these are the people who are charging 50 bucks for collector boosters as well...Literally just 15 pieces of paper.

    Hasbro Made-to-Order Figures

Dragon Man is on the way. I forgot I ordered this guy. Exciting, but I don't have the space for him right now. Replacing some flooring in 3 bedrooms so my house is in disarray and most of my figures are in boxes in the meantime

He is too big but he's also the best looking Wolverine they've made. I'll take it.

Marvel Cinematic Universe Movies and Streaming Series Discussion

Really enjoyed this, but felt it could have used a little more time to breathe. It felt like none of the scenes were particularly long. Very rapid pace. Pedro Pascal has sold me on his Reed Richards, though. He didn't just feel like Pedro Pascal, he felt like he was a character. Biggest...

That ab crunch is the worst design choice I've seen them make in a long time. I mean, I'm kind of over ab crunches in general, but jesus christ that's bad

    Marvel Legends Gamerverse

Got my set today. Psylocke is a nice sculpt, but the flesh colored paint over the purple plastic has a blue hue in some spots, the coverage isn't great. It's particularly noticeable in the torso. Not the end of the world, but it is a little distracting. Also wish the diaphragm joint had more...

My psylocke set shipped, should be arriving Wednesday. I am a lot more impressed after seeing the comparison photos with the last Thanos. I didn't think I'd consider this to be that much of an improvement, but I really like the way this one looks.

DC Studios Movies and Streaming Series Discussion

I do feel that the script was weak and REALLY suffered from a lot of "tell, don't show" in the dialogue. Like when we first see Lex's control room and the goons are explaining exactly what's going on like we're dumb little babies that can't figure it out on our own. There's a part during the...

DC Studios Movies and Streaming Series Discussion

Just got back from the movie...It was fine. Lots of stuff I liked, lots of stuff I didn't. A million times better than the last DC movie I saw in theaters, but that was the Flash so it's a low bar Casting was good. I won't mind seeing any of these characters again.

    McFarlane DC Multiverse

There are a few of these I've wanted to buy lately just to round out my McF Justice League, but they always sell out so fast. I will not miss McFarlane having this license.

McFarlane Toys General Video Games (Fallout, Diablo, etc.)

It's kind of funny, because when McFarlane started doing DC figures they were 20 bucks at a time when hasbro had already been charging 25. I think McFarlane has found that video game/TV licenses are a tough sell at mass retail (in general, there are obvious exceptions) so they're trying to make...

McFarlane Toys General Video Games (Fallout, Diablo, etc.)

Nope, they're doing this with their "elite edition" figures. It's somehow worse than what Hasbro is doing.
