Yeah I agree, Ash Talon. I heavily associate Mandarin with Iron Man because of the 90s show, but Marvel has had a difficult time giving Mandarin a consistent motivation in the comics. Most of the time it seems like he’s consumed by self doubt and is testing Iron Man and himself at the same time...

Sign me up for 5! I actually accidentally tore off a pauldron from one of my Iron Patriots (I got multiples) because the house was too cold and the plastic and glue became brittle. Now he gets great range of motion in that arm. And I can stick the pauldron back in again for more neutral poses...

Completely agree. This updated Extremis Iron Man looks fantastic and skyrocketed to one of my most anticipated figures of the year. Mandarin, while not my ideal, has some options. And I did love the Iron Man: Director of SHIELD—Haunted storyline with the white haired Mandarin. I’ve preordered...
