Update/Upgrade Wish List - Just For Fun!!!

It's been two weeks - time for the most highly suggested poll...

Who are your Top 10 single most wanted Heroes and your Top 10 single most wanted Villains that are in dire need of an update/upgrade?
What is an update to you? Strictly an update from the exact same existing figure and costume? Existing figure but in the "right" costume?
What is an upgrade to you? New tech? Pinless? Completely new body? Screaming head? Farrah hair?
All I ask is that every character you mention has a figure already.

They technically have a "Terror Inc." figure, but they made him in the "purple Deadpool" costume, and as an exclusive. If it counted, I'd've put him on the list, as an updated/upgraded figure. Same with vol. 2 80s handbook Doc Samson, I want to see him in the vest, and with a ponytail.)
