He’s not a character I’m itching for, but I’m confident that the Classified team would do something to make him interesting.

While I wasn’t a fan of those episodes (I felt they were a bit too sci-fi/comic book trope for my taste), I wouldn’t be opposed to her being made. Whichever of those looks they go with, she would be a unique looking Cobra character, and as previously said, Cobra could use more named characters.
 
Hey, she's got one of those patented Cobra Battle Thongs! Make her the Cover Girl or Lady Jay of Cobra, give her a few different accessories from the standard Valkyrie. Yes.
 
If they give her a masked head, I kinda want the cloth Officer style mask for one rather than using the mortal Kombat style mask like the Valkyries.
