Ghostbusters General Thread

Well whatever, I'm pretty much done once I've got Winston / Ray / Janine. I doubt they'll do the car or a firehouse facade, and I think a Staypuft would only slightly tempt me. So if I do opt for deskbound Janine it would come with the knowledge that I'm done and wouldn't have to worry about spending more on the line.
 
I don't plan on getting Janine, but if I wanted her I can't see passing up the desk option. Unless Mondo tacks on some unfortunate shipping and tariff surcharge. $40 for the desk and stuff with it isn't bad and I'd pose her behind it anyway. Those standard legs would almost never see use from me.
 
I passed on the dudes because of price (esp with tariffs and shipping) but tbh I think Janine might be the best priced of them all.

The desk is like a full diorama almost
 
I decided to opt out of the line and sell the ones I've picked up, but Janine does look excellent. Price is... fair... based entirely on what they charged for the guys. The desk setup has a lot of reuse potential in displays, especially toon TMNT.

I will probably still pass because I know their shipping and tariffs will completely kill the deal and I don’t have the guys anyway
 
That price isn't nearly as bad as I was expecting. Depending on how long she lasts, I might grab her with the desk (even though I have a DST desk from a 'Gotham' figure that could work), otherwise I am fine with just the 4 Busters.

She's a timed edition so she'll be up for a couple of weeks to a month and whoever wants one can get one.
 
The bar is pretty low with Mondo pricing lately, but I was pleasantly surprised at Janine’s price.

I hadn't noticed this until Robo pointed it out in his wrap-up: swappable seats for Janine's chair for when she's using it or not. :)

That’s an amusing detail but they really don’t need to include the cushion with no imprint. Our chair cushions know our butt prints after enough time. Most won’t reinflate to like-new conditions.
